I love this little painting, I did it on that frenzied corner where the pavement meets the pier by Fishermans Wharf in Monterey, It was crazed! But the water was beautiful, and the light was stellar. There is so much to paint there, that it can be a bit overwhelming, so I chose to catch a quiet little moment of dingys hugging the docks. Can you smell the lobsters cooking at Dominico's?
